Throughout his career to date, Ingmar Schmitt has worked in auditing, management consultancy and in senior roles at listed companies. Among other things, as Chief Financial Officer of an SDAX-listed property group with a property portfolio valued at €3.4 billion, he was responsible for financing, the commercial management of the portfolio and new strategic business models in the solar energy sector. Most recently, as interim CFO of the Tank & Rast Group, he secured the financing structure in close dialogue with international investors and rating agencies, and was also responsible for ESG and infrastructure projects.
